Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of items do we remove?: - We can remove just about anything non hazardous that our team members can lift such as appliances, furniture, construction and renovation debris, boxes, and yard waste.

Can you give me an estimate before you arrive?: - Its is very hard to estimate the removal of your junk without actually seeing it. However, we will gladly come over to your residence or business and give you a free estimate at absolutely no obligation to you.

Can you remove my junk even if I am not on site?: - Yes. Our team will call you with an exact price and your approval. Payment is arranged over the phone.

Do you recycle?: - Absolutely, we will try to recycle before we dump. About 60% of the items we pick up are recycled. We attempt to contact non-profit organizations and local thrift stores to coincide with our cleanup so they can remove legally whatever they want.

What equipment can I expect you to carry?: - We carry lawn mowers, pool vacuums, brooms, shovels, rakes and a wheelbarrow. If needed we have blowers, pressure cleaners and other various tools.

Some of my items are mixed with other that I want to keep. Can you help?: - Sure, We use a marking system to determine which items you want to remove and which ones you want to keep.

What form of payment do you accept?: - We accept cash, check, mastercard and visa. Our larger clients have other payment arrangements such as net 30 or monthly invoicing.
