What Are Bundled Flat Fees?
TrashoutPro provides complimentary turn coordination to all property managers, banks and REO's that use our complete bundled service on a regular basis. This bundled rate includes preparation of the property, landscaping, painting, cleaning, carpet cleaning... etc. This makes turning over a property as easy as one phone call and one invoice. These are labor costs; the part and material costs will be separate. Call for our bundled turn service rates.
Maintenance packages are designed around the most fundamental items on a trashout or cleanout checklist. TrashoutPro provides an entire range of maintenance services beyond the standard packages, however these items are not always standard and are added separately as needed in order to give banks and REO's the lowest possible cost. Packages do not include cost for parts.

REO PROPERTIES: Interior and exterior trash out service of abandoned and foreclosed properties. Occupancy verification, board-ups, re-key / securing, lockbox installation and minor repairs. Photography documented before, during and after services.

INTERIOR CLEANING: Professional janitorial service includes cleaning and deodorizing bathrooms / kitchens / cabinets / all common areas, vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust baseboards / sills / ceiling fans / light fixtures and clean windows inside and out.

EXTERIOR CLEANUP: Sod replacement / Dead tree removal / Fallen tree removal / Fence & gate repairs / Pools pumped / Removal of abandoned vehicles / Window repair / Garage door repair /

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:or absentee owners and property managers we can maintain your proprieties with cleaning services, lawn care, pool services, manage and oversee deliveries and construction issues. We provide dated digital documentation for your records.
