• REALTIME ONLINE STREAM: Our realtime online stream can be viewed as part of our service. You'll be able to log in and see all the properties that you have contracted with us and be able to make sound decisions when ceirtain actions are needed, such as repairs.
  
• DIGITAL DOCUMENTATION: This data stream can be saved on your computer and filed along with the other documentations that pertain to such property.
  
• FHA & HUD GUIDELINES: All services are performed to current FHA & HUD guidelines. TrashoutPRO is based in Miami, Florida since 1994 - fully bonded and insured.

Surveillance and Security. GPS wireless video.

The property surveillance and security covers a range of programs and services to improve the property and neighborhood amenity. These include the reporting of theft, vandalism and graffiti to the authorities along with the proper paper work detailing the affected property or areas.

Serial numbers of appliances, pool equipment, air conditioners, and other traceable items are recorded and photographed and documented with the national registry if stolen.

The aim is to improve overall safety and security. This helps to maintain property values for banks and REO's. Maintained properties have less of a chance of being hit by thieves or vandals.

TrashoutPRO can observe and report on any problems during this important phase when the building is mostly not occupied.
